Rupa's kitchen with its cupboards full of spices is an inviting
learning environment. With her warm personality and good sense of
humour she easily conveys her passion for healthy vegetarian food and
the importance of its presentation. We prepared many delicious dishes
with her guidance and best of all, at the end of the class we sat at
her kitchen table to enjoy the fruits of our labour. We highly
recommend this class to anyone interested in promoting a healthy
lifestyle through healthy cooking, no matter the cooking experience.

As someone who did not know how to cook, Rupa taught me how to prepare the cooking area , the foods before and after the cooking process, and how to purchase the ingredients for each dish.
